Great staff and hospitality.
Location is a bit far from the center. By Taxi it takes 30 min to reach to Plaza Indonesia. This was not very important for me as my meetings were around the hotel but for travelers for shopping and visit tourist attractions this hotel should not be the choice. There is almost no public transport for tourists in Jakarta and the traffic is awful

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating on my recent business trip. They offered a delicious complimentary breakfast each morning, which was a great start to my day. the hotel was conveniently located near several key business locations and was easy to find.
The outdated decor and worn furnishings throughout the hotel. the room I stayed in was not very well kept and definitely could use some updating.

It was OK.not bad at all.,But nothing special .For the price I paid,I expect someting better. But the hotel rooms are clean.Free drinking water and welcome fruit and chocolate.
The location is too far from the center of jakarta. Also, booking .com is decieving its users. When I booked the hotel room,it was quoted including the taxes. When I proceeded to giving my credit card details and finalise the booking and pressed PURCHASE,the rate came that the 21% taxes is extra.I Had to pay this rate.I Have complained to Booked.net and they are asking me to provide with a screen shot of that page.(Which of course I dont have)

The hotel had a great view of the city and was located near many popular attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's gym was well-equipped and offered a variety of workout equipment.
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovations. Housekeeping was slow to respond to requests and the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times.

Coffee shop close at 10:30pm is not acceptable. S/b 24 hours service or at least close at 2:00 to 3:00am.

I loved the amazing hotel facilities with a variety of choices, from the spa to the restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The location was perfect, near popular tourist spots and the beach.
No complaints.

The price we paid on the website did not prepare us for the grandeur and general "wow! factor" of this hotel! The décor of the public areas is classic and traditional, with 3 fantastic restaurants and many well equipped recreational areas including a gym and spa/sauna. The room itself is beautiful and despite being one of the hotels most basic rooms, it feels like we are staying in a penthouse suite! The staff are incredibly friendly; their English varies but we have had no problems making ourselves understood. We are less than 15 minutes walk away from a HUGE shopping centre, and less than 30 mins drive away from many of Jakarta's star attractions. This is a truly fantastic hotel.
The location is next to a busy road, however, all the roads in Jakarta are busy and dirty affairs so there is nothing to be done about this and the hotel is hardly to blame.
